The Greeting House is a comfortable place to pause in the middle of a busy day, whether you're getting a little work done, enjoying lunch or simply stopping in to say hello. And because every great gathering place should have something for kids, you'll also find a coloring station ready for the neighborhood's youngest visitors.
The Greeting House is currently open when the Nexton team is onsite.
Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Excluding holidays
During these hours, the building is unlocked and residents do not need to use a key card or fob to enter.
The Greeting House is also a helpful stop for resident support. The team is here during business hours to assist with things like:

The Greeting House is not currently available for resident reservations or rentals. The space is used from time to time for lifestyle events, POA related meetings, and developer related meetings.
As the community grows, we will continue to share updates if use of the space changes. For now, if the lights are on and the team is here, you are welcome to stop in during business hours.
