Halls Chophouse, Taco Boy coming to Nexton

In a surprisingly short time, we started putting shovel to dirt less than 5 years ago, Nexton has become a real place. With real parks. Real front porches. A great school. And really nice neighbors. And soon, we'll be able to add more really awesome shopping and dining to our roster!

Development of Nexton Square is underway, and we can’t wait to tell you what’s in store. The talented folks at RealtyLink Commercial will be developing the highly anticipated 140,000 square foot retail center, located along 17A.

Nexton homeowners will be minutes from a walkable, urban experience in a vibrant setting that’s sure to be a destination in its own right. Among the restaurants they’ll be frequenting? Halls Chophouse and Taco Boy, two of Charleston’s most celebrated restaurants.

But that’s just the beginning. Nexton Square will include a central green space, abundant outdoor dining options and a reputable mix of restaurant, retail and services to support the phenomenal growth happening at Nexton and in Summerville.

Ground will break in fall 2017, and space will be delivered to tenants in Summer 2018. Which means you could be enjoying a dinner under the stars by the time school starts next year.

RealtyLink has engaged Seamon Whiteside + Associates for civil engineering and landscape design, and McMillan Pazdan Smith for architectural services.

Stay tuned for more announcements on Nexton Square and other happenings here on the blog and Facebook
