And then there are fun destinations all over the place, like the resort-style Midtown Clubhouse. So no matter which neighborhood you choose, you’ll have access to top-flight amenities—like event lawns, dog parks, pools, and pickleball courts—spread throughout the community. And with a network of trails that spans over 10 miles, your morning walk can feel like an adventure all by itself.
Tucked into a quiet corner of Midtown, the Riverstone Park Disc Golf Course is a serene setting for sharpening your game or just enjoying a friendly toss or ten with friends. All in, there are 13 holes of varying lengths. New to the game? Disc golf is played much like standard golf, with each turn beginning at a tee and ending at a target. In this case, the target is a basket at the end of the fairway instead of a hole. The game uses much of the same language, too. In disc golf you drive, approach, and putt. You score based on a par.

Swimming pools are natural people magnets. But of course when you're at the pool, you don't spend all of your time in the pool. That's why the Swim Club in Nexton's Brighton Park Village offers a lot more than a 25-meter competition pool. There's also an interactive splash pad for small fry. A huge deck with shady areas. A covered pavilion. Lawn areas that can accommodate a volleyball game, a family picnic of just spending time with a good book. And with its big fire pit, the Swim Club is designed for year-round fun.
