It's celebration time! As far as real estate world in the southeast US goes, the Aurora Awards are the pinnacle of recognition. And this year, we're elated to share that Nexton’s been honored with the coveted “Residential Housing Community of The Year - Masterplan” Grand Aurora Award. An exciting moment for us all, y’all!

The Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) has been a touchstone for excellence in homebuilding for over four decades. The Aurora Awards, an initiative of SEBC, recognize those in the home building industry who go above and beyond, setting benchmarks in design, planning, and development.
Casting a wide net with 60 categories spanning residential, commercial, and remodeling industries - they cover participants from 13 states and the Eastern Caribbean. More than just accolades; they’re a testament to innovative design, sustainable building, and vibrant living communities created by developers, builders, architects, and housing professionals.
