Everyday at Nexton we're building homes, we're building parks and trails, and we'll soon be building shops and restaurants. But it's our residents who are truly building the community.
We are so excited to announce Nexton will be home to a new community by Del Webb. Their fresh take on retirement is the perfect fit for Nexton, a place where we think people like to live- and retire- a little differently.
As the school year winds down (May 26 marks the official start of summer around here!), we want to tip our hats to the hundreds of people who made Nexton Elementary's first year so excellent!
When we were putting together plans for Nexton, we asked ourselves: How can we design a place that actually inspires more dinner parties, book clubs and other get-togethers?
It was all about celebrating Mom during our open house on Saturday, May 7! Guests were treated to champagne and delicious goodies from Hamby Catering at the Front Porch Info Studio, including a fresh fruit salad, deviled eggs and an assortment of sweets.
You may have attended one of Nextons boot camps, our annual Cocoa Cup 5k, or our POA-sponsored fitness classes. Perhaps you're privy to the 50+ mile planned trail network that makes Nexton completely walkable, or you've taken a stroll or jog through our parks.
