Get your boots dusty: Tour Del Webb Nexton September 8th
Late year, we broke ground on Del Webb Nexton, an active adult community where you can catch a trail down to the Core for a few laps in the pool, to sit and chat with the neighbors or just to hang out with a latte and a good book. And now’s your chance to find out how to make Del Webb home! On Friday, September 8th from 10 am to noon, Del Webb Nexton is hosting a Dusty Boots tour of the home sites and under-construction model homes.
Why Del Webb Nexton?
With Del Webb Nexton, you benefit from Del Webb’s six decades of homebuilding experience combined with Nexton’s commitment to exceptional community design.
Homes are designed for the way you live with the features that matter most to you. Available plans include Del Webb’s most popular easy-living layouts complimented by new exterior styles that fit with Nexton’s fresh take on Lowcountry architecture. Like the Steel Creek plan, a single-story open floorplan with a formal entry and cozy breakfast nook. And the Taft Street design, a home built for entertaining with a covered porch, warm gathering room, cozy den, and kitchen with large windows to take in backyard views.
Of course, in true Nexton style, our Del Webb community will also include an exceptional variety of amenities. At the Core, you’ll also find heated indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, a fitness center, and rooms for clubs and other activities. Trails and opportunities for outdoor pursuits will abound.
Located just off Nexton Parkway, the location of Del Webb Nexton doesn’t get any better. When the new I-26 interchange opens in 2018, homeowners will be minutes from the interstate. And Nexton’s growing retail centers will offer ample opportunities to enjoy dinner with friends, grab a cup of coffee, or get in a little shopping.
Del Webb Nexton will feature over 1,000 homes on 350 centrally located acres. Come choose your Del Webb Nexton home on September 8th.
