What's coming to Midtown
Located in Nexton’s Midtown neighborhood, DRB Homes’ collection will feature three brand-new floor plans: the Beaufain, Tradd, and Gibbes.
The Beaufain, a charming one-story home ranging from 1,789 to 2,428 square feet, offers three and four-bedroom floor plans. Inspired by coastal living, the home’s exteriors will feature bronze windows, board and batten, lap siding, and a two-car garage. Interiors will include an open-concept dining and gathering space with six-foot windows throughout. The primary suite will offer an ensuite bath with dual vanities. Additional options include a second floor with a bonus room, storage space, electric or gas fireplaces, rear porches, and flex space.
