Builders Showcase Premier Home Designs and Amenities to Future Residents

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – March 01, 2019 – Welcome the warmer weather this year at Nexton – a mixed-use community located in Summerville, South Carolina – during its annual spring open house tour every Saturday and Sunday in March from noon to 5 p.m. Enjoy tasty treats along the way as guests tour more than 20 quick move-in homes, 16 beautifully furnished models, in three neighborhoods which feature seven of the area’s best homebuilders. Best of all, prizes will be given out weekly for potential homebuyers including a grand prize of $1,000.

“Nexton offers our residents with a strong community full of amenities and services, and that hospitality starts from the moment they step foot in our community,” said Cassie Cataline, director of marketing at Nexton. “Our spring open house series not only showcases an environment for residents to live, shop, and work close to home but for businesses to thrive and for people to feel at home.”

Each weekend, guests will be delighted with handcrafted bites and beverages and are encouraged to put on their walking shoes to tour Nexton’s three housing villages – Brighton Park Village, North Creek Village and Del Webb at Nexton – in addition to parks and amenities to get the feel for the true Nexton lifestyle.
