Nexton Ranks Among U.S.’s Most Popular Master-Planned Communities
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – July 14, 2020 – Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, was recognized as one of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. With a growing presence that includes cutting-edge office space, new residential and hospitality offerings and dining and retail options, the community has become a national model for mixed-use development.
Nexton is ranked #37 on the Top 50 list based on year-to-date home sales. Earlier in 2020, Nexton surpassed the 1,000-home milestone which was accomplished in just under five years.
