Nexton Announces Groundbreaking of SOLIS Nexton
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – August 4, 2021 – Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced today the groundbreaking of SOLIS Nexton, a new 320-unit multifamily development located in the heart of the award-winning master-planned community. The project is being developed by Charlotte-based Terwilliger Pappas and is expected to be completed by fall 2022.
SOLIS Nexton features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes located in nine three-and-four-story buildings. Each for-rent residence will feature spacious floorplans, quality craftmanship, stylish finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets. The community will also offer garages for lease.
