Nexton Announces Opening of North Creek Marketplace
Summerville, S.C. – October 7, 2021 – Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced today the opening of the first phase of North Creek Marketplace, a new retail center located where North Creek Drive meets U.S. Highway 176.
The development’s first phase includes a variety of dining options and medical and service providers including the recently opened Buffalo Wild Wings and Marco’s Pizza. Soon to follow will be Agaves Cantina, Scoop Ice Cream, Jersey Mike’s, Dunkin’, Heartland Dental, McDonald’s, Dixie Cleaners and Princess Nails.
Also within North Creek Marketplace is Blue Water Market, which opens next week and will offer freshly prepared breakfast biscuits, hand-battered fried chicken sandwiches, Cinnabon items and fresh-made grab-and-go salads and sandwiches. The convenience store will also offer Shell gasoline and soft-cloth car washes.
“We are excited to be opening phase one of North Creek Marketplace,” said Eddie Buck, President of Jupiter Holdings, LLC and developer of North Creek Marketplace. “The project includes a healthy mix of tenants that specifically cater to the needs of residents of Nexton and the surrounding communities.”
In addition to the openings in phase one, Extra Space Storage is currently under construction, along with Auto Zone, Time To Shine Car Wash and Ace Hardware, all of which are in the design and permitting phase.
“Nexton is focused on delivering convenient commercial amenities to residents, from dry cleaners and markets to medical providers and casual dining options,” said Cassie Cataline, marketing director of Nexton. “Our goal is to concentrate Nexton’s offerings and bring services to our community.”
