Nexton Announces Two Additions to Brighton Court
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – October 18, 2023 – Today, Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced two additions to Brighton Court, a retail and office development. The new buildings are anticipated to be completed in November 2023 and are currently available for lease.
Located across from Downtown Nexton at 318 and 320 Brighton Park Boulevard, each of Brighton Court’s new buildings will encompass approximately 7,000 square feet of space, featuring suites up to 1,260 square feet surrounding a center courtyard with green space and a pond. Currently, Stretch Zone is a confirmed lessee of one of the 12 suites.
The two additions will join the development’s first building, which was completed in January 2021 and is currently occupied by Coastal Fertility Specialists and Summerville Women’s Care.
With a diverse array of office and retail offerings, Brighton Court joins a handful of other recently announced developments, including the opening of co-working space Serendipity Labs, The Hub at Nexton and Atelier Downtown Nexton office campus, which is expected to open next year.
