Nexton Announces Grand Re-Opening of Model Row
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – April 29, 2025 – Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, recently celebrated the grand re-opening of its Model Row with a community-wide event on April 26. The refreshed Model Row showcases the latest in home design and innovation, highlighting Nexton’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful planning and quality living.
Located at 116 Clearblue Loop, Model Row now features fresh home offerings from several of Nexton’s acclaimed builders, including brand-new homes from New Leaf Builders, Saussy Burbank, Brookfield Residential, and the community’s newest builder, DRB Homes. In addition to these new model homes, many existing homes across Model Row have been thoughtfully updated to reflect evolving design trends, updated floor plans and new collections from Nexton’s full roster of building partners.
