Nexton Named Best Master Planned Community by Charleston Home Builders Association
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – November 11, 2025 – Nexton, a thoughtfully planned mixed-use community built on connection and forward-thinking growth, has been recognized as Best Master Planned Community by the Charleston Home Builders Association’s (CHBA) in the 2025 PRISM Awards.
