Del Webb at Nexton Opens Six Designer Models To The Public on November 9, 2017
Del Webb at Nexton is pleased to host the grand opening of their six designer model homes on Thursday, November 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A ribbon cutting will be held with the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. followed by live music and a light lunch. The entire Charleston community and interested homebuyers are invited to celebrate and be among the first to tour the new model homes in the new Del Webb at Nexton village.
Del Webb at Nexton is located within the Nexton community, which was named “Best Master-Planned Community” by the Charleston Homebuilders Association in 2015. Del Webb at Nexton is designed for active adults ages 55+ or better. Residents of the village will enjoy amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubs and hobby groups.
To be eligible for Del Webb at Nexton, at least one resident of the household must be 55 years of age or older and no one under 19 years of age is allowed to be a permanent resident of Del Webb at Nexton. To view available home designs, visit Del Webb at Nexton.
